V8 -- Master Pages

A "master page" (sometimes called a "secondary blank page") is used to create a new page by copying, and then revising the content. It differs from a primary "blank page" in that additional work has been done to add or define elements beyond those provided by the template. For example, if every page in a group will have a "next" button, but they will go different places, putting the "next" button's graphic in the correct location is appropriate for the master page: you only have to do that work once, instead of over and over again on each page. But, you cannot link it to the correct destination until you are working in the final page, each one copied from the master.
