Vlad Pascal conducts local, regional and state level economic impact analyses utilizing IMPLAN™ economic modeling software. On staff since 2006, Vlad administers the School's dedicated web survey software, designs interactive data dashboards to assist clients in understanding their institutional data, and analyzes primary and secondary data for projects in areas including health, economic development, energy and environment. Vlad holds a master's degree in Financial Economics from Ohio University and a Master of Public Administration from Wright State University.
