Barry Oches manages and conducts evaluation projects with a primary focus on education and public health. Prior to joining the Voinovich School in 2000, Barry was an elementary school principal and special education teacher with experience at all levels, from elementary through high school. Barry holds a bachelor's degree in Special Education, a master's degree in School Administration, and a Ph.D. in Education, all from Ohio University.
