Ohio University PTAC hires staff for Cincinnati service area

July 7, 2014

(Athens – July 7, 2014) Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs recently hired Mr. Tony Griffin as the new Procurement Specialist to serve clientele in Cincinnati and the surrounding counties in our Cincinnati procurement Technical Assistance Center.

Mr. Griffin has over 23 years assisting companies in identifying federal procurement opportunities, as well as assisting small and disadvantaged businesses in today’s competitive market. Mr. Griffin most recently served as a SCORE member, America’s nonprofit association known as “Counselors to America’s Small Businesses”.

The PTAC is operated by the Voinovich School through the Center for Entrepreneurship and opened the new office on Nov. 18. PTAC now has six offices located in Athens, Akron, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, and Lancaster, serving 55 counties.

The Cincinnati office is located in the Hamilton County Business Center, a small business incubator similar to the Ohio University Innovation Center.
