Tatiana Puscasu is an international graduate student in the Masters of Public Administration program at Ohio University. Originally from Moldova, Tatiana aspires to work in Washington, D.C. after graduation.

During filming, Tatiana was working with faculty and staff of the Voinovich School on the Trimble Township Promise Neighborhood Project, a community-building project that aims to identify the issues that affect children from the time they enter preschool until they graduate college and begin employment. The goal of the Promise Neighborhood Project is to give these children the tools and support they need for educational and developmental success.

Tatiana says that some of the qualities that Voinovich School students share include "hard work, passion, [and] this willingness to help the community and this willingness to address the issues they came to learn about here." She notes that one of the biggest rewards of working on the Promise Neighborhoods Project was the chance to work on an effort that would have a real impact on the community.

Here's what she has to say about her experience as a student in the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs.
