Susan Isaac Receives Award of Appreciation

Susan Isaac, retired Senior Health Care Research Associated with the Voinovich School, was award with the Award of Appreciate at the Oct. 19th Ohio Rural Health Conference. Isaac was selected for the award in recognition of her work to improve access to health care throughout Ohio. She advised in grants and with operations of rural health clinics in southeast Ohio, and federally qualified health centers throughout the state. “She has much expertise…and has been instrumental in the development of both of these programs in the state of Ohio”, said Theresa L. Ulrich, who nominated Isaac for the award.
