More than 250 university representatives were involved in the strategic planning process’ 10 Implementation Teams, charged with recommending initiatives necessary to help meet the university’s Vision OHIO goals.
The Implementation Team Priorities by Category spreadsheet, available below for downloading, presents the top 75 action plans identified from the final reports. They are listed by team (see key in the footer of each page) and by category, breaking out items that are relatively easy to achieve (green) and those that require additional study (yellow), with a third group (white) for the remainder.
The comments column shows the status of the action plan when changes are already under way and the groups that are engaged in the process as of October 2006. Other action plans will be referred to the appropriate offices or committees for follow-up. The comments section will be updated periodically to reflect progress.
The Implementation Team Reports were submitted to a group made up of team chairs and co-chairs, representatives from the provost’s office, and a dean, who reviewed all documents and identified priorities based on selection criteria of urgency and importance.
