Application Materials and Further Information

For further information about applying to AIS, please arrange to meet with an advisor in University College, 140 Chubb Hall, 740-593-1935. Regional campus students may meet with an advisor in their student services office. In preparation for this meeting, please draft a Statement of Rationale and write down a list of past, current, and future courses that you would like to include within your Area of Concentration. An advisor will be happy to give you feedback on the statement and will help you refine your Area of Concentration.

The required application cover page and curriculum sheets may be downloaded by selecting one of the formats below and saving to a disk. Please print out the cover page and then neatly type or print (using a black pen) the requested information. The curriculum sheets should be completed on-screen; please enter the course information directly onto the tables, save, and print out.

If you experience difficulty downloading, you may bring in an IBM-formatted disk when meeting with your advisor. Traditional printed materials are also available, but all students will need to word process the final proposal (except for the cover page).
