| Admission to AIS An AIS application must be submitted to and approved by the Associate in Individualized Studies Review Committee to gain admission to the Associate in Individualized Studies program. Completed, typed applications must be submitted to a University College or regional campus advisor. Applications are best submitted the quarter your 30 hour residency begins. To have current quarter credit hours included as part of the 30 hour residency requirement, applications must be submitted by the last day of classes of fall, winter, spring quarter, or the full term summer session. The AIS Review Committee meets only once a quarter, after the deadline. To be eligible to apply, you must meet the following criteria: Be currently enrolled with regular student status; Have at least a 2.0 accumulative grade point average; Have all transfer credits equated to corresponding Ohio University courses. Applicants will be informed by letter whether or not they are accepted into the AIS program by the fourth week of the following quarter.
