UCM hosted a series of workshops and discussions with faculty and staff to develop a strategy for repositioning the brand for employee recruitment and retention efforts. Based on feedback from participants, we proposed “You make the difference” as the theme to broad agreement and approval. New creative assets, including a new look for the Employee Orientation Binder, are part of this strategic initiative.
