Many major capital projects are already underway this year on the Ohio University campus. These projects often attract a significant amount of media attention, given both their high visibility and their newsworthiness.
In order to ensure that the media get regular updates on this topic from the best sources, the University will be hosting regular conference calls for the media with leaders from Facilities and Student Affairs starting on Aug. 16.
WHAT: Updates for the media about OHIO’s capital improvement and other Facilities news. While the calls will primarily focus on capital improvement updates, other topical Facilities-related news items may also be addressed.
WHO: Associate Vice President for Facilities Harry Wyatt; Assistant Vice President for Capital and Facilities Planning for the Division of Student Affairs Christine Sheets; and Director of Engagement and Real Estate Management Donna Goss. The participants may change with each call depending on the subject matter under discussion.
WHEN: The calls with take place every other Thursday at 3 p.m. The currently scheduled dates are Aug. 16, Aug. 30, Sept. 13 and Sept. 27.
