COMMONSPOT CONTENT CONTRIBUTOR

This seminar is intended for people who will be responsible for maintaining one or more parts of a CommonSpot Web site that has already been set up by the pagemaster.  There will be a combination of lecture and hands-on experience.  You will learn how to find and follow the online documentation for configuring your own browser to work properly for CommonSpot authoring; how to work with CommonSpot tool icons and their menus; how to perform basic updates to existing content on CommonSpot pages; how to add images and text to a CommonSpot page; and how to create a new page on an existing template.

Prerequisites: Oak username, password, and typing skills.

Location: Computer Services Center, Room 114.
