Have a Test Scored
The Test Score Office provides optical scanning on an NCS OpScan 10 Scanner. This scanner is capable of reading both Reflex and Trans Optic forms. Scanned data is processed using the Test Score item analysis program, or raw data can be delivered to accounts on the OUACCVMB and OAK host systems.
Primary services provided are for examinations, course evaluations, and statistical analysis of survey results. Assistance is also available for the design of customized scanner sheets. If you are a faculty member or instructor and would like to have your exams scored through our office, please stop by so that we can assist you with this process.
Effective September 1, 2006, the Test Score office will neither accept nor scan any data sheets that include Social Security numbers as student or subject identifiers. As an alternative mechanism for identifying students and subjects, please use the nine digits of the student PID -- including the initial "000" or "001" -- which is guaranteed to be unique.
