Student Organization Request for Mailing Labels, Lists & E-Mails
Registered student organizations can request certain types of ad-hoc e-mails (see below), mailing labels, lists, or electronic mail files of students, faculty, staff, or a combination. This form must be completed by the student organizational advisor - we can not accept requests from students.
Please note that all athletic events and schedules, all campus recreation events and schedules, all member recruitment emails for fraternities, sororities, and student organizations, and all student event announcements (including for fraternities, sororities, student organizations, dining services, and other offices including blood drives and the Office of University Events) must be announced via the new Student web page at http://www.ohio.edu/students/. (Click on "Add an Event" to post the announcement.) Ad hoc e-mails will not be sent out to students for these types of announcements. Student announcements can also be posted to Student User Announcements by sending an e-mail to announcements.students@ohio.edu.
For all other requests, complete this form, then click on the "submit" button. Either the student organization contact or the advisor can pick up the labels or list at the Computer Services Center Test Score Office (Room 117). The student organization contact will be contacted via e-mail when the request is ready to pick up. All services are free, except for requests of 600 or more mailing labels which are $0.25 per 100 labels. Please submit your request a minimum of two weeks in advance of the date needed.
