Issue & Project Tracking With FootPrints
Computer Services' Frontline utilizes FootPrints tracking sofware for problem and project tracking. With easy-to-navigate 100% web-based architecture we centrally track and manage all customer requests submitted by phone, e-mail, and the web. It also allows us to manage service level agreements and generate reports, view customer interaction with complete audit trails, as well as build and access solutions knowledge bases.
Our license agreement with Unipress Software, has allowed us to quickly create private issue tracking for other departments. Departments such as Zanesville Computer Services, Alden Library, VP for Finance, and Student Financial Aid have their own issue/project tracking areas on our existing server at no cost to their departments.
