ID Cards at OHIO University ID Cards can be obtained/replaced at the Tech Depot, Baker University Center 112 (Tech Depot Hours).
Your Ohio University ID card is used to verify your status as a student, faculty or staff member in good standing. Student IDs are validated by registration. Staff IDs are validated based on Human Resources records. Services that require a valid ID Card include: - Alden Library materials check-out
- Ping Center, Aquatic Center, and Bird Arena memberships
- Bobcat Cash at Baker University Center Food Court, vending machines and campus convenience stores
- Sporting Events, student section
- Meal Plans
- Building access in some locations
- Faculty/Staff e-mail activation and password resets
- Tech Depot - to purchase software/hardware
