Graduate Assistant Positions

This website is dedicated to those students who are pursuing a graduate assistantship through the Division of Student Affairs or through our partners listed below.

Assistantships are on-campus positions that are designed to supplement your classroom experience with practical experience. The Division of Student Affairs offers many assistantship opportunities, and, given the partnership with The Gladys W. and David H. Patton College of Education and Human Services, first consideration goes to those students applying for admission to the College Student Personnel program. The graduate assistantship application process and the academic admissions process are separate but concurrent processes.

**Please note: The deadline to apply for the 2012-2013 year has passed.

Candidates may apply for up to 5 graduate assistantships through this process. To apply, click on a position description to find the link to the online application.

For general questions about the graduate assistant selection process contact Kristy Barngrover at 740-593-1800 or kb179110@ohio.edu.

Please contact the Graduate College at (740)-593-2800 or graduate@ohio.edu for more information on other graduate assistantship opportunities at OHIO.
