Mr. Raskys has a bachelor (2005) and master of arts degree (2007) from James Madison University and assisted Play Soccer during 2008 with volunteer instructor training workshops in Ghana and South Africa . In addition to helpful background familiarity with the countries, he is keenly interested in development through sport, has taught US history and social studies at public schools in Chesapeake ,Virginia, and served as a soccer coach at the Virginia Rush Soccer Club.
