Orientation Registration (Spring Semester 2014 -15)

Welcome! You're about to begin an incredible journey and it's our goal to help make it the best it can be! Orientation begins the moment you and your family first connect with Ohio University and doesn’t end until you finish your first year successfully – in good academic standing, with a network of friends and lots of great experiences.

Orientation is required for ALL students. At orientation you will have opportunities to get to know the campus, meet other new OUS students, talk to faculty and staff, and discover what services are available to you. Studies have shown that students who attend orientation have higher college success rates.

Because this is an exciting time not just for you, but your entire family, we encourage you to bring your family/guest along to orientation. Family and other support providers are very important for students success, particularly in the first year. On behalf of the faculty, staff and administration of Ohio University Southern, we look forward to joining you as you begin this exciting journey toward a successful future.
