How To Obtain Software:
Each license cost $275 (one license for each computer). One license entitles you to install one or all of the above products. Continued use requires an annual renewal fee of $275 per license. Software may only be installed on university-owned machines.
Example: Your department buys two licenses for $550. This will keep you current for one year. If you want to keep using the licenses for a second year, another $550 will be due. Annual e-mails will be sent to verify continued use before billing is processed for renewal fees.
Media (CDs) can only be checked out for installation. To order a license and arrange for pick-up of the media, send an e-mail to sitelicenses@ohio.edu with your oak id, departmental account number, number of licenses needed, etc. You will be e-mailed when your order is ready to be picked-up at the Technology Depot, Baker University Center, 112 (Tech Depot Hours).
