By default, the popup blocker for Internet Explorer is turned on and is set to the medium setting, which means it will block most automatic pop-ups. To configure a Popup Blocker for IE: - Launch an Internet Explorer browser window
- Select Tools, then Internet Options
- Go to the Privacy tab, and ensure that the “Block Pop-ups” check box is checked
Note: In the “Pop-up Blocker Settings” window, it is best to have the Filter level set to Medium or High Configure a Popup Blocker for Firefox: - Launch an Firefox browser window
- Select Tools, then Options
- Select the Content Icon and ensure the “Block Popup Windows” check box is checked
Configure a Popup Blocker for Safari: - Launch a Safari browser window.
- Click on the “Safari” and toggle the popup blocker on or off by checking (or un-checking) “Block Pop-up Windows”
