Women Who Tell Our Stories

The month of March is a time to celebrate Women's History Month. The National Women’s History Alliance has designated the 2023 national theme for Women’s History Month as “Women Who Tell Our Stories.” This theme aims to recognize women who have made an impact in media and storytelling.

“Throughout 2023, the National Women’s History Alliance will encourage the recognition of women, past and present, who have been active in all forms of media and storytelling including print, radio, TV, stage, screen, blogs, podcasts, news and social media. This timely theme honors women in every community who have devoted their lives and talents to producing art and news, pursuing truth and reflecting society decade after decade.”

Recognizing Scripps Alumnae

The Scripps College of Communication produces some of the world's best storytellers. Throughout Women's History Month, we want to celebrate OHIO alumnae who are using their Scripps' experience in the field, and doing the work to share stories through their professional mediums.
