Motion Capture Suite

Model # of equipment:

Shape Wrap II

Brief Description of equipment:

ShapeWrap II is the Field Rated, go anywhere motion capture system. It's a durable and flexible system that's extremely portable and easy to use – going anywhere to capture full body motion. Source: http://www.motion-capture-system.com/

Capabilities of the equipment:

ShapeWrap II simultaneously captures full body motion with hand and finger data along with ankle, foot and toe data. It is flexible enough to discern finger and toe orientations separate from those of the hands and feet, and it detects motion of all other joints, the back, and the head. The wearable sensing tapes completely follow arms and legs to the tips of fingers and toes, capturing 6 degrees of freedom data for their entire length. The arm tapes that make up the ShapeWrap II system capture wrist flexion/ extension with abduction/adduction, and movement of one finger.
