Third Sun Solar of Athens has been selected by the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium to develop a solar energy system to meet the zoo's energy needs. "We've outfitted six or eight homes with new solar arrays this year compared to 20 in previous years," said Third Sun Solar CEO Michelle Greenfield. She's worked to bring solar energy to homes in the Buckeye state for the past decade, but said solar projects on individual homes are slumping this year.
