The Office provides assistance to faculty, staff and students with grant and fellowship proposal development and coordinates the annual Student and Research and Creative Activity Expo.

Grant Development services include:
  
•identification and coordination of collaborators
  
•assistance in interpretation of guidelines, including interaction
    with funding agencies
  
•proposal preparation, including writing and formatting
  
•tailored classes and seminars on grant proposal preparation

The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs provides further assistance with: identification of funding sources; budget construction, justification, appropriate projections for multi-year budgets, and inter- and intra-institutional collaborations; completion of electronic forms, including the transmittal form; and submission system assistance.
