MyEnrollment & Degree Verification Letters

Enrollment verifications are available once you register for classes. We can only verify enrollment for the term(s) in which a student has been or is currently enrolled (registered for classes).

Degree verifications are available once the degree has been conferred by the Office of the University Registrar (approximately four weeks after the end of the term in which you graduated). Contact the Office of the University Registrar by phone (740) 593-4324, fax (740) 593-0216, or email registration@ohio.edu to request an enrollment or degree verification letter.

There are two options for obtaining enrollment/degree verifications:

    Remember that your class schedule is available immediately upon registration and can be viewed online at My OHIO Student Center, which may be accessed from My OHIO portal - Academics tab.  If this does not fulfill your needs, contact the Office of the University Registrar by phone (740) 593-4324, fax (740) 593-0216, or email registration@ohio.edu to request an enrollment verification letter.

  2. National Student Clearinghouse
     
    The National Student Clearinghouse offers enrollment verification letters online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for a nominal charge. To request your verification from the National Student Clearinghouse, visit them at www.nslc.org.
