MyEnrollment & Degree Verification Letters
Enrollment verifications are available once you register for classes. We can only verify enrollment for the quarter(s) in which a student has been or is currently enrolled (registered for classes).
Degree verifications are available once the degree has been conferred by the Office of the University Registrar approximately four weeks after the end of the quarter in which you graduated.
Student Oak ID and password are required for requesting your verification. Information about your student Oak ID and password is available online. There are three options for obtaining enrollment/degree verifications:
- Request MyEnrollment & Degree Verification Letters
You may request enrollment/degree verifications, a free service offered by the Office of the University Registrar, from the link below. You will be prompted to enter your student Oak ID and password.
- National Student Clearinghouse
The National Student Clearinghouse offers enrollment verification letters online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for a nominal charge. To request your verification from the National Student Clearinghouse, visit them at www.nslc.org
- Phone, Fax, or E-mail
