To update your address:

1. Sign in to My OHIO using your OHIO ID (also known as Oak ID) and password.
2. Click on the Academics tab.
3. Sign in to My OHIO Student Center
4. In the Personal Information section your contact information will be displayed and will be available for updates.
   

 
Additional options are also available for updating your address/phone information:

Complete a change of address form. Fax or mail the completed form (must include student's signature) to the Office of the University Registrar, Chubb Hall, Ohio University, Athens, Ohio 45701; fax 740-593-0216.
