Ohio University students may update their address information online. This online address update application interacts in real time with the Student Information System (SIS) and is typically available 7:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday unless otherwise published. The Ohio University eDirectory will be updated within 24 hours after your update is submitted.

To update your address online, you must use your OAK LOGIN (username and password). Information about your student Oak ID and password is available online.

You may also elect to have your grades sent to up to two email addresses. Sign-in to this site for details.

Additional options are also available for updating your address/phone information:

- E-mail your new address information to: address@ohio.edu. Include the last four digits of your PID number (on your student ID card) and your name in the e-mail request.

- Complete a change of address form and deposit the form in the address deposit box on the first floor of Chubb Hall or turn it in to any of the Registrar Services Windows.
