Important Notice: Dropping Classes and Fee Refunds |

Please remember the following facts regarding your schedule for Winter Quarter 2008-09. Be sure your schedule is correct. Double check it by accessing the Office of the University Registrar Web site, www.ohio.edu/registrar, and selecting MySchedule under Online Services. Check your schedule by reviewing the schedule e-mailed to you or by reviewing your schedule using Web Registration. Monday, January 12, 2009, is the last day to add a class without instructor's approval. Tuesday, January 20, 2009, is the last day to drop a class without a grade appearing on your permanent record. Any class dropped after Tuesday, January 20, 2009, will receive a grade (WP/WF). Your tuition and fees are based on your schedule as of Tuesday, January 20, 2009. Any changes in your schedule after Tuesday, January 20, 2009, will not reduce your tuition and fees. Tuesday, January 20, 2009, is also the l ast day on which you may: Between Wednesday, January 21, 2009, and Monday, February 9, 2009, you may dr op a class. The class will remain on your academic record, and you will receive a grade of WP or WF. Your tuition will not be reduced. Changes in your schedule may affect your financial aid eligibility and obligate you to repay financial aid that you have received. Please review the Schedule of Classes for complete information about procedures regarding your schedule. A processing fee of $5.00 will be charged to add a class after the 15th calend ar day of the quarter and/or drop a class after the 35th calendar day of the quarter. Have a great quarter and don't forget to complete your schedule by Tuesday, January 20, 2009! |
