When using the Grade Reporting System
	...you must use a touch-tone telephone. ...use this worksheet to record your grades and GPA information. ...enter your Social Security Number and Registration Access Code (RAC) slowly and carefully    to avoid access problems when calling TRIPS.
Note: The Grade Reporting System will list your grades and GPA information for your most recently completed quarter. Grades and GPA information are available approximately one week after the quarter closing date. Grades for the following quarters are available beginning the following dates: Fall Quarter 2005-2006 - Wednesday, November 30, 2005, and Winter Quarter 2005-2006 - Wednesday, March 22, 2006.
How to retrieve grades by phone:
Step 1	Call the TRIPS number.
	If calling long distance, use the TOLL FREE phone number: 1-800-759-3006
	If calling on campus, dial: 7-3006
	If calling off campus, dial: 597-3006
Step 2	Enter 2 to access the grade reporting system.
Step 3	Enter your Social Security Number:
Step 4	Enter your 4-digit Registration Access Code (RAC): (see General Information: Registration Access Code)
Step 5	Listen to TRIPS and record your grades and GPA below: COURSE PREFIX COURSE NUMBER COURSE SECTION CREDIT HRS GRADE TERM GPA* TERM HRS ATTEMPTED TERM HRS EARNED TERM GRADE POINTS* DEAN'S LIST      YES      NO ACCUMULATIVE GPA* ACCUMULATIVE HRS ATTEMPTED ACCUMULATIVE HRS EARNED ACCUMULATIVE GRADE POINTS* DEFICIENCY POINTS ACADEMIC PROBATION STATUS *LISTEN CAREFULLY...if hours attempted are zero then GPA and grade points are not listed.
