IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OHIO UNIVERSITY STUDENTS!

Please remember the following facts regarding your schedule for Fall Quarter 2003-2004.

Be sure your schedule is correct. Double check it by calling TRIPS, reviewing the schedule e-mailed to you, requesting your schedule via the World Wide Web from the Registrar's homepage at http://www.ohiou.edu/registrar, or reviewing your schedule on Web Registration.

Monday, September 15, is the last day to add a class without instructor's approval.

Monday, September 22, is the last day to drop a class without a grade appearing on your permanent record. Any class dropped after September 22 will receive a grade (WP/WF).

Your tuition and fees are based on your schedule as of Monday, September 22. Any changes in your schedule after September 22 will not reduce your tuition and fees.

Monday, September 22, is also the last day on which you may:

Between Tuesday, September 23, and Monday, October 13, you may drop a class. The class will remain on your academic record, and you will receive a grade of WP or WF. Your tuition will not be reduced.

Changes in your schedule may affect your financial aid eligibility and obligate you to repay financial aid that you have received.

Please review the Schedule of Classes for complete information about procedures regarding your schedule.

A processing fee of $5.00 will be charged for all change orders.
