Important Notice: Dropping Classes and Fee Refunds |

Please remember the following facts regarding your schedule for Fall Semester 2012-13. Be sure your schedule is correct. Check your schedule by accessing My OHIO Student Center (which may be accessed from My OHIO portal - Academics tab). Friday, August 31, 2012, is the last day to add a class without instructor's approval. Friday, September 7, 2012, is the last day to drop a class without a grade appearing on your permanent record. Any class withdrawn from (dropped) after Friday, September 7, 2012, will receive a grade (WP/WF). Your tuition and fees are based on your schedule as of Friday, September 7, 2012. Any changes in your schedule after Friday, September 7, 2012, will not reduce your tuition and fees. Friday, September 7, 2012, is also the last day on which you may: Between Saturday, September 8, 2012, and Friday, November 2, 2012, you may withdraw from one or more class(es). The course will remain on your academic record, and you will receive a grade of WP or WF. Your tuition will not be reduced. Changes in your schedule may affect your financial aid eligibility and obligate you to repay financial aid that you have received. Please review the Schedule of Classes for complete information about procedures regarding your schedule. A processing fee of $5.00 will be charged to add a class after the Friday of the second week of the semester and/or withdraw from (drop) a class after the Friday of the tenth week of the semester. Have a great semester and don't forget to complete your schedule by Friday, September 7, 2012! |
