Scheduling
The scheduling division of the Office of the University Registrar is responsible for maintaining the curriculum for the University and producing the quarterly Schedule of Classes and the undergraduate catalog. The division also schedules many of the rooms on campus, both for university departments and for student organizations.

Master Curriculum File
The Master Curriculum File is maintained by the Office of the University Registrar and a copy is distributed to academic units annually for review. The file is also available online by clicking one of the links below.
Corrections can be sent to Renee Coen at coenc@ohio.edu or (740) 597-2573. If you have changes that are not corrections, they will need to be approved through University Curriculum Council. Reserve a Room

To reserve a classroom contact the Registrar's Office at (740) 593-4188, scheduling@ohio.edu, or Chubb Hall 112.
Classroom reservations must be made in person at the Registrar's Office Chubb Hall 112. If your student group is not recognized by the University, contact the Department of Campus Life, Baker University Center 355. Student groups must register their organizations every year. Student groups may only schedule rooms for the current quarter. No rooms can be scheduled for any quarter prior to the first day of classes for that quarter.
Outside Organizations
Outside organizations must contact the Office of Community and Professional Programs at (740) 593-1767 to reserve a classroom.

NOTE: This is a tool for department staff only. This is not a way for students to modify their schedules.
To make a change to your department's schedule, use the Schedule of Classes Modification Request Form or contact the Registrar's Office at (740) 593-4188 or Chubb Hall 112. Contact Information
