Ohio University advisors may access advisee lists and DARS reports online. This application provides information for each student registered for the selected quarter and assigned to the advisor. The application provides the option to e-mail selected advisees or all advisees.

Student Registration Access Code (RAC)
The online version of the DARS report available to the advisor will display the student's registration access code (RAC); however, the online version of the DARS reports available to an undergraduate student will NOT display the student's registration access code (RAC).

Important Note : If you wish to have a historical record of your advisees, please either print your list from this application or use the Excel file option to save an electronic file of your list.  The system does not maintain historical records of assigned advisees.

To access the Online Advisee Lists and DARS Reports application, you must use your OAK LOGIN (user name and password). Please contact your college's student services office if you have questions regarding students on your advisee list.

OAK ID and Password Information

• If you have forgotten or need help changing your OAK password, go to the Support Center, 3rd Floor HDL Center, with photo identification (593-1222).
  

• A security system has been installed so that only you, the advisor of record, may access your advisee list. This "DCE" security system recognizes only passwords that have been changed during the past 24 months. If you have difficulty logging on, please change your OAK password in a manner that includes some variation from whatever password was used previously.
  

• You must supply your UNIQUE ID (it's the same as your OAK ID) and be sure to use lowercase letters only: "smith," not "Smith."
