Patron Classifications:

Student: Ohio University, enrolled for current academic quarter (University ID required)
SUMMER USE: Students enrolled in summer Session 1 or 2 have access to the Ping Center covered in their general fee.

Not Enrolled Student: Ohio University students that were enrolled the previous or upcoming semester but not enrolled currently (University ID required)
SUMMER USE: Students must have been a Spring '13 or upcoming Fall '13 student to qualify for this option. Non-enrolled students are still required to purchase a summer membership.

Faculty/Staff: Ohio University, current full-time, part-time, or retired university employee. (University ID required)

Adult: age 18 and above--Alumni; Community; Spouse of OU student, faculty/staff as listed above. Domestic partners as defined by OHIO Human Resources http://www.ohio.edu/hr

Child: age 17 and under

Family: 2 adults + 2 children; extra costs for additional child

Children 5-12 - admitted only during Family Hours listed on facility information page.

Children 4 and under - only permitted in Business Office or on a tour of the facility.

To purchase a membership for any Campus Recreation Facility:

Visit the Campus Recreation Business Office located in the Ping Center, Room 142.
Office hours 8am - 4:45pm Monday - Friday. Phone number 593-9901. Membership access to the ping center is handled through the university ID card. At the time of purchase, instructions will be provided on how to obtain an ID card.

Facility Request forms are available in 142 Ping Center.  Requests must be submitted at least one week in advance to 142 Ping Center.

Notes on Room Fees and Requirements:
-Student Organizations receive one free rental per year. Rental = 1 area up to 2 hours
-Additional set-up and tear-down fee may be assessed.
-The Ping Center reserves the right to make adjustments to the hourly rates for each room based on long term or conditional duration. These arrangements need to be addressed specifically to the Director of the Ping Center. Please note room rentals do not include any equipment needed or necessary set-up/takedown time. If equipment is needed and does not appear on the following page, accommodations may be able to be made in certain circumstances
