Employee Relations of Charles J. Ping Recreation Center is committed to enhancing employee relationships in a welcoming environment, advancing staff cohesiveness and providing its workforce with positive opportunities within the community. Overall our goal is to encourage and develop an efficient, professional and constructive working environment in which employees can feel valued as united individuals.

Relay for Life - May 11

This is the chance to celebrate the lives of people who have survived cancer, remember those we've lost, and fight back.  Please support Ping and Ping's Employee Relations Committee by visiting our web page to make a donation by using the attached link.  Every donation really does make a difference in advancing the American Cancer Society's lifesaving work. 

Ping will be hosting the Relay for Life Zumbathon from 2-3 AM.

Fun Facts
  • Our Miss Relay for Life last year was Grant Woodard! He helped us fundraise over $450 to find a cure for cancer! 
  • This year we helped donate old equipment to Ready to Play, various items for the Red Cross disaster relief fund and old school supplies to Athens city schools.
  • Our current Employee Relations Manager is Dara Elizondo (de305008@ohio.edu). Please contact her with any questions!
  • We welcome our newest Employee Relations Mangers Ali Charpie & Erin McCarthy who join us this Spring.
