1. Personal Training Program:
Refund: A refund will only be give if the client requests the refund within 30 days of the purchase date, still has the original receipt that is given at the time of purchase from the fitness office and has not completed any sessions or the initial fitness assessment with their assigned personal trainer.
Package Expiration: Personal Training packages will expire if at any point there is 30 days or more of inactivity without communicating the reason for inactivity with the trainer. As long as there is no point of 30 day inactivity, without notifying the trainer, packages can carry from quarter to quarter and over breaks.
Refund: A refund will only be given if the request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date, the patron still has the original receipt that is given at the time of purchase from the fitness office, and the item has not been damaged in any way.
Cancellation/Refund/Reschedule: To obtain a full refund for a cancellation or to reschedule a massage, the fitness office must be notified at least 24 business hours in advance of the already scheduled massage. A fitness office employee must verify the cancellation/reschedule.

A medical refund will be given for any fitness service as long as proof of condition/illness/injury from a doctor is presented.
