Express Cycling:A 30 minute workout that will increase your cardio vascular endurance with various cycling intervals.
Kickboxing: A new twist on an old favorite, this class will strengthen the heart, mind and body, while you learn proper techniques and foundations of kickboxing. This energized workout is guaranteed to make you sweat!
Zumba: Ditch the workout, join the party! Inspired by Latin and international music, you will move, groove, and dance to tone the entire body. Add some zest to your workout routine in this fun and easy-to-follow format.
Zumba Express: Are you a Zumba lover with a busy schedule? You'll be sure to get your daily dose of Zumba in a hurry. Dance your way in and out in just 45 minutes.
HardCORE: Challenge the powerhouse of your body - the core muscles. Focus on strengthening the entire torso, including the abdominals, obliques, and lower back muscles in a short 25 minute class.
HABIT: Strengthen the glutes, legs, and thighs in this lower body workout. Squat, lunge, and walk your way to power.
Tighten N' Tone (TNT): Tighten and Tone your entire body! Working through a variety of upper body, lower body, and core exercises, no muscle group gets left out. Come to TNT...it's dynamite!
Upper Body Blast: Put your upper body strength to the test. Work through a variety of exercises to strengthen the arms, chest, back, shoulders and core for the ultimate upper body strength challenge.
Bootcamp: Love cardio? Love strength? Experience the best of both worlds by going through a series of high intensity circuits and cardio training that will test your physical prowess. This wokout is sure to even make Rufus sweat!
Step & Core: You will go through basic step combinations and engage in a variety of exercises for an awesome full-body workout. You will also target the entire core during this combo class.
Pilates: Increase flexibility, body awareness, core strength, and lean muscles during this great workout. Pilates is a refreshing mind-body exercise that focuses on breathing, strength, and flexibility.
Yoga: This class is a great way to de-stress and relax before or after a busy day. Challenge and connect with your mind and body with a series of asanas, vinyasas, breathing, and stretching. This class goes through a series of postures that are both energizing and relaxing.
YogaLates: Challenge and connect with your mind and body with the perfect combination of Yoga and Pilates.
Stretch & Flexibility: This class is designed to teach proper technique and form of stretching while increasing flexibility.
