Facility Rentals
The Aquatic Center and Grover Gymnasiums may be rented for private use or pay at a reduced group rate and share the facility with other user groups. Both facilities are reserved and processed on a first come, first service basis.The Aquatic Center can be reserved up to 1 year in advance of your event. The reservation process will be completed when you receive your event confirmation.
AQUATIC CENTER RENTAL RATES
Section (Shallow, Lap or Deep) $65.00/Hour + Employee Costs
Entire Pool (10 Lane-50 meter/23 Lane - 25 yard) $175.00/Hour + Employee Costs

GROVER GYMNASIUM
The Grover Gym reservation process can be started up to 6 months prior to the event date. Please note that all reservation requests are held until Friday at noon on the first week of the academic semester or break. Confirmation of your event will be sent at that time.

Ohio University Group $12.00/Hour
Non-Ohio University Group $65.00/Hour

RESERVATION PROCESS
To make a reservation for the Aquatic Center or Grover Gym, please email the following information to ouac.ga@gmail.com. You will be contacted by the Graduate Assistant or Facility Director to discuss your reservation request and a quote for your event will be emailed to you. In your email, please provide the following information:
1. Contact Name
2. Email address you would like attached to this request
3. Phone number
4. Date of your event
5. Type of event
6. Start and End time for your event
7. Facilities needed for your event
