Aqua Fitness 

Aqua Fitness is an exercise and swimming instruction program developed for adults. The Aquatic Center has a variety of programs designed to assist you with your aquatic fitness and competitive pursuits.

Shallow Water Fitness (45 Minutes)
A great combination of fun and exercise. The exercise involves various body movements in a rhythmic style of dance steps. The aerobics program gradually increases from basic steps to high intensity exercises. This kind of exercise is appropriate for all age groups.
$30/session or $5/class

Deep Water Fitness
A strenuous workout deep water aerobic workout incorporating high intensity steps and exercises.
$30/session or $5/class
