Perspectives on Disruptive Change - Based Leadersip
In the midst of these difficult times, there are extraordinary opportunities.  Never have I felt so excited about the possibilities and the likelihood that creativity, a commitment to new approaches, and hard work will be rewarded.  The catch is that the payoffs will come only to those who make intelligent, strategic investments and who can build powerfully positive, strengths-based teams.  A wonderful story of change is unfolding, and the question, as they say, is, "Will you be on the train or on the platform?"
