Transition Advising for current juniors and graduate students will begin Fall 2011.

For current Sophomores and Freshmen, advising will begin Winter 2012.

Athens Campus Students: Your Q2S advisor will be your regular academic advisor. Refer tomy.ohio.edu if you do not know who that is.

Each student majoring in the department will be contacted by e-mail with instructions about how and when to make an appointment for transition advising and will be responsible for following those instructions to set an appointment.

• The appointment should be scheduled by October 1, 2011 for current juniors and graduate students.
• January 13, 2012 for current sophomores and first-year students.
• E-mail your advisor to schedule an advising appointment.
  
  

On the day of your appointment you should:

• Report to your advisor's office for your advising appointment.
• Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and plan to spend approximately 30 minutes with your advisor.
• Review my.ohio.edu before your appointment.
• Review the Q2S transition information on this page, including the TDCP forms for student catalog year of entry and major (see right column).
• Also review the Sample Curriculum Template forms for your major course of study (see right column).
• Bring along: DARS from your 2nd major/minor, if applicable.
