Transition advising will begin in Fall 2011 and continue throughout the year. TDCP completion will be in Spring 2012.

There is a list of advisors for the School of Music posted outside the music office located on the 4th floor of Glidden Hall.

All School of Music students should contact their advisor to make an appointment for advising. Many advisors will post a sign-up list on their door. The appointments will begin fall quarter and continue through the 2011-2012 academic year.

On the day of your advising appointment, you should:

• Report to your advisor's office
• Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time
• Plan to spend approximately 30 minutes with your advisor
• Review the Q2S transition information posted on the School of Music Web site
• Bring a copy of your DARS report
• Review a Semester Check Sheet for your major
• Review the Transition Degree Completion Plan (TDCP) form
