For current Sophomores and Freshmen advising will begin Winter 2012.

Each student majoring in the department will be contacted by e-mail with instructions about how and when to make an appointment for transition advising and will be responsible for following those instructions to set an appointment.

The appointment should be scheduled by October 15, 2011 for current juniors.

January 13, 2012 for current sophomores an freshmen.

• Report to 117 Putnam Hall for your advising appointment
• Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and plan to spend approximately 45 minutes with your advisor.
• Review my.ohio.edu before your appointment
• Review the Q2S information on this page, including the TDCP form for student catalog year of entry and major (see right column).
• Also review the Sample Curriculum Template forms for your major course of study (see right column).
  
• Bring along: DARS from your 2nd major/minor, if applicable.
