• Faculty/Administrative Staff Diversity Initiative
  Multicultural competency is achieved most readily and meaningfully in a diverse educational environment. Along with increasing the diversity of the student body, the other essential component to a diverse educational environment is increasing the presence of underrepresented faculty and staff.
  
  
• Civic Responsibility Task Force
  In late winter 2004, the Civic Responsibility Task Force was formed to work on long-term solutions to the problem of increased uncivil behavior.
