Pew Roundtable at Ohio University
The Pew Roundtable provides an opportunity for colleges and universities to identify major issues and consider effective ways to address them. At Ohio University, groups of faculty, staff, and students worked together to:
- articulate the relationship between the specific core mission and the core values,
- develop strategies to achieve the mission within the context of the values, and
- identify actions needed to bring the strategies to fruition.
1995-96 Policy Committees
In February, 1995, President Robert Glidden invited representatives of the faculty, students, staff, and trustees to participate in eight Policy Committees that addressed issues of importance to the entire Ohio University community. The on-line information includes the mission statements, the membership rosters, and the narrative portions of the final reports of each of the eight committees.
