Policy Editorial Review Committee



Policy 01.001, "Preparation of Policies," establishes the process for the creation, revision, and elimination of policy statements. Policy 01.001 requires the establishment of the Policy Editorial Review Committee, staffed by Presidential appointment, defining its role in the several stages of the process.

The final membership of its predecessor, the Policy and Procedure Review Committee, was:

  • Krista Antle (2008 - )

  • Doug Bolon (2010 - )

  • Sherry Downs (2007 - )

  • Charlotte Elster (2010 - )

  • Douglas Franklin (2010 - )

  • Carolyn Bailey Lewis (2010 - )

  • Cristina Milligan, Chair (2010 - )

  • Marlene Swartz (2008 - )

Although the Chair and members of the PERC were appointed, the committee never met, and Policy 01.001 is being revised to eliminate the PERC.
