Land and building acquisitions for the university through purchase or gift, via the Ohio University Fund, Inc., is coordinated by the Office of the Vice President for Development. Inquiries from persons offering land or buildings for sale or as a gift should be communicated to the Vice President for Development for further action. All offers must be discussed and processed through the Ohio University Fund, Inc. Land Committee by the Vice President for Development before any commitments can be made to purchase or accept a gift.

Land and building acquisitions by Ohio University is coordinated by the Office of the Treasurer of Ohio University. Offers to sell are to be communicated to the Treasurer who will contact the appropriate university personnel before commitments can be made to purchase.
