2013-14 Subscription Drive

Important Dates:

June 17, 2013: Renewal drive begins for returning subscribers.
July 8, 2013: The ticket office opens for summer hours. Monday – Friday, noon – 5 PM.
July 26, 2013: Renewal deadline for returning subscribers.
August 5, 2013: Subscription drive opens for new subscribers.
August 28, 2013: Single Tickets On-Sale For Main Series Performances.

Season Subscription Information:

Season Subscription Packages include special ticket discounts and reserved seating for all 6 Main Series Events.

General: $120.00
Senior: $110.00
Student: $80.00 

Important information for new subscribers:

The ticket office will begin taking orders for new subscriptions on August 5, 2013. Orders may be placed online, over the phone (740-593-1780), or in person during ticket office hours. Placement will be made on a first-come first-serve basis.

Important information for returning subscribers:

To ensure priority seating, current subscribers must renew their subscriptions by July 26, 2013. Orders may be placed online (https://commerce.cashnet.com/ohioperformingarts), over the phone (740-593- 1780), or in person during ticket office hours. The Ticket Office will begin limited summer hours on July 8, 2013. Summer hours will be Monday through Friday from noon to 5 p.m.

Returning subscribers are guaranteed their seats from the previous season unless:
- The total number of seats in the order has increased and the subscriber prefers the seats to be together.
- The subscription renewal form is received after the renewal deadline (July 26, 2013).

Requests for new seat assignments are processed after all subscribers who wish to keep their same seats have been accommodated. Requests should be submitted directly to the ticket office (by phone or in person) and cannot be made through an online order. Approximately 95% of all subscribers are renewing subscribers, so the number of seats available to fill relocation requests is very limited. 

General Ticket Office Information:

The Ticket Office is located in the lobby at the East Union Street entrance of the auditorium.

The Ticket Office regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 12 noon to 5 p.m.  The Ticket Office is also open one hour prior to the start of any ticketed event.

Single Tickets:

Single tickets on-sale dates vary by performance.  Please look at individual performance pages for information on when single ticket sales will begin.

Refunds:

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are available only when an event is canceled or rescheduled. All artists and repertoire are subject to change.

Ticket Pick Up:

The Ticket Office does not mail tickets.  Pre-paid tickets can be picked up in the Ticket Office during regular business hours or in Will Call on the nights of performances.                 

Seniors:

Individuals aged 60 or older are eligible for a senior discount.

Students:

Individuals under the age of 18, or individuals who have a valid college or university identification card, are eligible for student prices.

Children:

Please remember that, regardless of age, everyone attending an event must have a ticket. While parents are encouraged to bring young children, they should be able to sit quietly in their own seats throughout the performance.  Children who cannot do so, will be asked by an usher to leave the auditorium, along with the adult(s) accompanying them

Services for Persons with Disabilities:

Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Memorial Auditorium is committed to providing state-of-the-art services to persons with disabilities.

Accessible seating is now available on the main floor and in the balcony. An elevator is located in the east lobby to provide easy access to all levels of the facility.

Audio enhancement aids are available to the hearing impaired. Receivers and earphones are available free of charge and may be picked up at the Will Call Office, located in the north lobby across from the Ticket Office. A driver's license or major credit card is required as a deposit.

In order for us to best serve you, please order your tickets directly through the Memorial Auditorium ticket office.  Ask to speak with our Ticket Office manager to discuss any special accommodations you require when placing your ticket order.
