Returning Subscribers: Important information if you are a Returning Subscriber from the 2008-2009 Season: To ensure priority seating, current subscribers must renew their subscriptions by July 17, 2009. Returning subscribers are guaranteed their seats from the previous season unless: • The total number of seats in the order has increased and the subscriber prefers the seats to be together. • The subscription renewal form is received after the renewal deadline (July 17, 2009). Requests for new seat assignments are processed after all subscribers who wish to keep their same seats have been accommodated. Requests should be submitted directly to the ticket office (by phone or in person) and can not be made through an online order. Approximately 95% of all subscribers are renewing subscribers, so the number of seats available to fill relocation requests is very limited.
