This site is the repository of my notes on the National Broadband Plan. The site will grow and develop in sync with my understanding of the plan.
Throughout my notes, I make reference to selections of text in terms of Chapter and Paragraph. These numbers refer to the numbering used in my annotated version of the plan. Here, I organized the text of the NBP into tables which allows me to add columns for numbering.
The Illustrated Glossary is a database of my notes in which I have recorded the terms for which my understanding was weak. I include the chapter and paragraph (as identifed in ThePlanAsTable.pdf) in which I first encountered the term and the sentence in which it appears. I will include definitions and illustrations as I complete them.
