Schools Not Out For the Summer

Well, summer's here, and here I am taking on a bit more than I should have. My plans this summer weren't going to include much, but I did want to find myself doing something that I enjoy. Mostly, I just enjoy watching movies, playing video games, and speding time with my girlfriend. However, since I've been taking classes again since the fall, I have found that I haven't been doing much besides working, and doing homework. Honestly, looks like I will be doing much of the same most of this summer. Although, I did end up getting a job with Sprint making, in all honesty, the best annual salary I have ever made.

I did luck out this summer though. All of my classes are online and I won't have to make my way to the school this semester. This will give me some time back to do some stuff I've been wanting to do. But, now instead of trying to make time do things in between classes and a part-time job, I now have to try and make time to do things in between homework and a full-time job. Most of things I enjoydoing are out of town, and most already passed. Things like, going to Hell City, a tattoo convention that comes to Columbus, Ohio every spring. Then there's Horror Hound, a horror movie convention, and of course the big concert in Columbus, Rock On the Range. While I worked for F.Y.E. this year I did get to work at Rock On the Range. Wasn't what I thought it was going to be though. Most of my time was spent at the back of autographing lines checking for wrist bands.

Even though I have a lot on my plate this summer, I'm not going to let it stop me from enjoying it. As long as I can get out of the house and enjoy some of the hot weather, I'll be happy. I'm not a person that needs much. As long as I wake up and get to enjoy my day, then to me, that's a successful day. I didn't get to go do most of the things that I enjoy doing this year, but since I have a better job, and won't have to much time to spend my money, I'll be able to do a lot of things I missed out on this year, next year. One thing is pretty cool though. I will still have plenty of time to make my tattoo appointments. Although, I may have to full sleeves. I still have a lot of bare skin I can get covered.
